Wild Wisdom

Therapy Services

Being a creative therapist is absolutely my soul’s work and purpose. We all have dark chapters in our lives, where we wish we could just skip ahead to the good parts. However, our messy, embarrassing moments are when we actually grow. The therapeutic process may be awkward and sticky at times, but it allows our future, good moments to be all the bigger and brighter.

Nature-Based Therapies are my main jam! I also draw from Synergetic Play Therapy, Hokomi, Sand Tray, Gestalt, Body Awareness, and Mindfulness Practices. My cozy, private office offers a peaceful waiting room and kitchen for tea and relaxing. Often clients lighten right upon entering. I have access to an outside play structure, pool table, air hockey, and ping pong for my play therapy clients. The mountains are next to my office for nature-based clients.

My goal is for my clients to feel like they confidently belong in this world with their unique gifts. Challenges don’t disappear with therapy, and therapy is a commitment, but finding your own inner strength makes life’s ups and downs manageable and meaningful.

Hokomi Therapy looks like talk therapy, but it rewires our brain to transform our core challenges into our gifts. Our “Golden Shadow,” can be our greatest strength.

Play Therapy

Without the child even realizing it, healing and empowerment happen through play therapy. In a session, children tell their own emotions, in their own time, through play. After sessions, I provide tips for parents to help integrate their kiddo’s growth at home.

Nature Therapy

I incorporate nature into therapy sessions. Using the healing power of the elements, therapy goals are even more obtainable.

Issues I can assist with…

At Wild Wisdom Therapy, I provide compassionate support for a wide range of emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. My practice is tailored to highly sensitive people (HSP), introverts, and those dealing with prolonged stress or difficult life transitions, such as loss of a loved one, relationship changes, or lifestyle shifts. I also help individuals navigate past regrets and feelings of disconnection, guiding them toward healing and personal growth.

I specialize in women’s issues, including motherhood, fertility, and postpartum concerns, and offer support for gender identity exploration, embracing trans and nonbinary clients. Caretakers, whether parents, teachers, or therapists, often neglect their own well-being, and I provide a space for self-care and renewal. Additionally, I assist people-pleasers in setting boundaries and finding their authentic voice, empowering them to live more fully.

Whether you’re questioning addiction, managing generational trauma, or coping with chronic fatigue or pain, I help you find solutions when traditional approaches fall short. I also offer support for parenting struggles and lingering loneliness, helping you reconnect with yourself, others, and the healing wisdom of nature.

Land Acknowledgement

Wild Wisdom Therapy acknowledges that it is located on the lands inhabited and cared for by the Arapaho (Hinono’eino), Cheyenne (Tsistsistas), and Ute (Nuciu). We recognize the enduring connection that Indigenous communities have with this land and the deep history that shapes this region. It is my greatest hope that inner healing and personal growth through therapy will ripple into healing our land and healing relationship with marginalized people.
